How I Take On Work
To give each case the time and care it deserves, I only work with a small number of customers at a time. I open bookings for four projects, then pause new enquiries until those are complete.

The Family Threads Project – helping people find their birth parents. For many people, especially those on low incomes, that achievement feels out of reach.
